Nearly 5 years ago, I picked up my camera for the first time. I was an expecting mother, eager to capture my little girl who was due to arrive any day. At the time, it was a hobby, a way to always make sure I would have photos of my daughter who I knew would grow up too fast. However, the hobby quickly evolved into a dream.

My daughter was born in December of 2014. From that moment, I knew I needed time to stop…but it just wasn’t possible. I spent my days chasing my daughter around with my camera, eager to catch every first moment, and really, anything she did. I captured her tears, her smiles, her belly laughs. She had lit a fire inside of me that encouraged me to want to turn this into a career, to make sure every family that would invest in me would also experience the joy I felt when I looked back on her baby and toddlerhood as she quickly grew from a tiny little babe to a spirited young girl.

I started Anastasia Marie Artistry with the intention of creating and capturing memories like the ones I had of my own family for everyone who invests in me. Licensed and insured, I make sure I take the steps to make sure I am someone who you can love and trust! Every photo is candid, a story told through imagery. Since 2014, I have photographed the happiest, silliest, and even the moments you became a family from Long Island, NY, Columbia, SC and now we have planted roots in Wilmington, NC. To me, this is not just a job. This is my heart, my passion. Your family is the most important thing you will ever have, and memories should be frozen in a still frame to cherish for years after.
